Iraq prepares 2nd Iran-US talks
with ISNA, Mohammad Majid Al-Sheikh said that there should be a way to establish relations between Iran and US, adding that holding talks is the best option.
"We believe that holding direct talks, rather than marginal discussions, would be the best way to establish full security in Iraq," said Al-Sheikh.
The Iraqi diplomat urged the need for formation of a joint Iran-US committee with the mediation of Iraq to discuss the country`s security issues.
He hopes that the second round of Iran-US talks about Iraq would be held at a higher level than the first one, he added.
The Iraqi ambassador said that if the political will of the US government to solve Iraq`s security problem was equal to that of Iran, a good outcome could be achieved.
Meanwhile, Al-Sheikh said that his country is willing to use Iran`s experience in the nuclear field.
