Barak: Hezbollah stronger than before
"Hezbollah today has more medium- and long-range rockets than it had before the start of the -last summer- war," a Barak aide quoted Monday the minister as telling lawmakers behind closed doors.
"It has also obtained a considerable number of anti-tank rockets," of the kind that proved deadly against Israeli tanks during the Israeli 33-day offensive to Lebanon.
In a speech marking the year anniversary of the Hezbollah`s historic victory over the Zionist regime, Seyyed Hassan Nasrollah warned the Israelis against invading Lebanon saying the regime would face a big surprise should it dare to launch an attack against the country.
He warned that his group possessed long-range rockets that could reach deep into Israel. He said Hezbollah had 33,000 rockets.
