Russia dry cargo vessel suffering distress in Caspian Sea

She told Itar-Tass on Saturday, “According to our reports, Russia’s dry cargo vessel ‘Konyust-1’ did not get for a radio contact at the designed time.”
“A duty of the Astrakhan Emergency Situations Department got a report at 3.01 p.m. Moscow time under which Russia’s dry cargo vessel was suffering distress. The dry cargo vessel is voyaging to Iran from Astrakhan and something has happened the Dagestani-Azerbaijani border,” the spokeswoman said on Saturday.
The rescue operation involves a border cutter and two passenger ships that left Dagestan in order to provide aid to the dry cargo vessel.
